HOW TO LOGIN
Step 1– Head straight to the homepage of Navy Army Community Credit Union by simply clicking this link: http://www.navyarmyccu.com/
Step 2– On left side of the home page, enter your User ID and click “Login”
Step 3– On the next page, answer the security question and click “Continue”.
If you cannot remember the answer to your security questions, please call Navy Army at 800-622-3631 or 361-986-4500
Choose whether this is your personal computer or a public computer.
Step 4– Next, after you have correctly answered your security question, fill in your password and submit.

HOW TO ENROLL
If you don’t have Navy Army online banking account and you would like to open one, the process is very easy and straightforward.
Step 1– On the member login area in the homepage, click the link “Sign Up for Online Banking”.
Step 2– On the next page, read ePay and MoneyTracker Agreement and Disclosure and then scroll down to the bottom of the page. Click the button “I agree”.
If you do not agree, you will not be able to continue.
Step 3– Fill in your personal information as shown below and click “Continue”.
Once you have completed the registration process, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to activate your account.
You can now use your new User ID and Password to login.
MANAGE YOUR ONLINE BANKING ACCOUNT
Now that you have logged in or enrolled for online banking services, it is important to note that there are important things you can do with your online banking account. They include the following:
- You can pay bills online
- You can make funds transfers between Navy Army’s accounts
- You can check your account balances
- You can schedule regular payments such as salary
- You can stop payments
