HOW TO LOG IN

Step 1 – On the top right of the home page, click on “Log on”
Step 2 – This will take you to a page where you need to enter your username
Step 3 – As you can see on the screenshot, you need to enter the answer to the security question linked to your account as well as the 4th, 5th and 6th characters of your password

Step 1 – Just as you would log in, click on the same link
Step 2 – Click on “Forgot your username”
Step 3 – Type in all the required information on here and click Continue
If you want to reset your password, you’ll have to not only reset your password, but your security question and answer as well. All of this can be done once you type in your username via the link “Forgot password”. All of the links below lead you to the same page.
At the end of it all, you’ll have to call the HSBC bank itself to complete the reset.
HOW TO ENROLL
The HSBC Bank allows anyone to enroll for an online banking account. And now you’ll get to know how to do it as well.
Step 1 – On the home page, click on “Register”
Step 2 – Tick the box to let the page know you accept the terms and conditions, and click Continue
Step 3 – Fill in all of you personal information and click Continue
