Step 2 – Please click the I-BANK link in the homepage to open user panel.

RESET FORGOTTEN PASSWORD

Step 1 – In the I-bank user panel, click ‘Forgot Your Password? Click Here’ link
Step 2 – Kindly, fill in your Access ID, last four digits of your Tax ID number and your Email address then click Submit
The bank will automatically validate the information you have provided and send a link and temporarily password to help you access your account
HOW TO ENROLL
